USTA Registered Coach and Level 3 Judge - Basic Twirl Technique / Compulsories

Melanie Falcon has dedicated more than two decades to the sport of baton twirling as an athlete, coach, and leader. A former competitive United States Twirling Association (USTA) twirler, Melanie’s lifelong involvement in the sport has given her a deep appreciation for the skills, confidence, friendships, and opportunities that baton twirling provides. For more than 20 years, Melanie has served as a USTA coach, sharing her passion for twirling with athletes of all ages and ability levels. Throughout her coaching career, she has worked to develop well-rounded twirlers while creating an environment that encourages athletes to challenge themselves, celebrate their accomplishments, and develop a lifelong love for the sport. Melanie has also been extensively involved in USTA leadership. She has served as President of the Kansas State Council for more than 10 years, helping support athletes, coaches, competitions, and the continued growth of baton twirling throughout Kansas. She has also expanded her service to the regional level as President of the USTA Central Region Council. Whether she is coaching athletes, organizing events, supporting fellow coaches, or serving in a leadership role, Melanie remains committed to strengthening the sport of baton twirling and creating meaningful opportunities for the next generation of athletes.
