About This Competition
An NBTA-sanctioned holiday competition at Holyoke High School, judged under NBTA International rules. Doors open 8:30 am; the contest begins at 9:00 am. Alongside standard solo, team, duet and trio events, the day features Twirl-Offs for all open solo divisions, a High Point Champion of the Day, a Special Spin Contest, the Holly Jolly All Around Champion, the Candy Cane Queen, and Frosty's Frenzy — a multi-baton event allowing two, three, or any combination of batons except single baton. A free Ugly Sweater Contest is open to competitors, families, and friends. A $25 facility fee applies per contestant, one per immediate family. Entries close October 17, 2026 at 11:59 pm with no late entries; mailed payments must be postmarked by October 19.
