About This Competition

USTA-sanctioned Competitive Achievement System evaluations, 9 AM to noon. Evaluations are $15 each plus a $5 one-time fee. USTA membership is required, entry is in person only, a maximum of two levels may be entered per discipline, and athletes must present their record book. Email the contest director, Lori Perkins, to request the entry form.
