How it's organized
USTA is organized into five regional sectors, each electing a board member, with state councils supporting twirling in their states. State and Regional Championships lead to the U.S. National Baton Twirling Championships and Festival of the Future. Athletes develop through the Competitive/Achievement System (CAS), which evaluates skills from Class C to Elite. USTA is also the U.S. representative to the International Baton Twirling Federation.
